Cloud

Mark 9: 2-13

Lenticular Clouds at Sunset

Lenticular Clouds at Sunset

From inside a cloud, all orientation can be obscured.  In our Gospel reading for the Office of Daily Morning Prayer today God appears from within the cloud that covers the disciples and Jesus.  When we are at our most “lost” or disoriented often appears that presence of God…perhaps in the form of friends, family, events that we would not have recognized had we not been lost in our cloud.  What clouds surround you and where is God speaking to you from those moments?

In Christ’s Name,
